1. Returns Window & Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for a item.
To be eligible for a return, your tool must be unused, uninstalled, free of jobsite debris/wear, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be returned in the original packaging along with all included components, hardware, and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Items showing signs of jobsite use, wear, modifications, or damage caused by improper operation or overloading are not eligible for return.
Clearance or marked "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and re-handling.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide photos of the item and shipping box so we can inspect and issue a prepaid return shipping label or replacement parts promptly at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Email services@weemsengineering.com with your order number and photo proof of the unused item.
Once approved, ship the product securely to our shop in Dalton, GA.
After we receive and inspect the item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund minus shipping and restocking fees back to your original method of payment.
